1. Download the data history Data_Chart_Package_09092010.rar and
exrtract the Data Package folder
2. Open MetaTrader and go to Tools/History
Center or press F2
3. Expand the Forex database under "Symbols" - Here
you will find all of the curreny pairs tradable on your
platform.
4. Expand a symbol that you need, then select
the time frame that you want to import. i.e. highlight M1 on
AUDUSD.
5. click on "Import", then select the Data Package
folder and select the corresponding Symbol and time frame. Then
click on open.... Repeat this process for all time frames for all
currency pairs
