A moving average indicates
a lagging overall sentiment in the market. The parameters include
the number of days or bars and the calculation of price. This
calculation is commonly based off the open, close or the high+low/2.
For instance, a 200 bar moving average indicates long term sentiment
in the market. If it is moving in a positive position the market can
be considered to be bullish. If the MAV is negative then it could be
considered bearish. Using a faster moving average to look at
sentiment in a shorter time frame would indicate the sentiment in
short term swings
Select SMA, EMA or Weighted. indicator changes clolour when
tren changes.
